RESET & Thrive

I'm so glad I followed my gut instinct.  At the time of joining, I had a relapse in my alcohol addiction, had an incredibly bad car accident and lost my job.  I was broken, lost, and so so sad...the universe put me on my arse, to stop, take time to heal and find a way to get back up again.  I threw myself into the Thrive Empowerment Program and was offered a lifeline, in the form of education, acceptance, kindness and support from Karen and the Tribe.  The most significant part of my personal journey was finally giving up anti depressants, after 30 years and many failed attempts to get off them. The doctors told me I would need them for the rest of my life, and that just wasn't true. What I needed was abstinence from drugs and alcohol, self esteem and belief in my inner self.   I weaned myself off them slowly but surely, I lent on the support and I succeeded. Today, I'm 4 months off them and my head is clearer, my thoughts of self love are truer and I feel stronger and more well, mentally and emotionally than ever before.  I still have sad days, but lord, I can't describe how much better life is, off the Benzodiazepine and alcohol. My hope is that whoever needs to read my story finds the same by enrolling in the 8 week empowerment program Thrive.  With deep love and respect to my sister's.       Denise

My life has changed forever. I always wanted to be a morning person , however I loved a sleep in .    Since starting this incredible Thrive programme , I'm Now waking up seeing beautiful sunrises each morning , meditating along with journaling every day , and I missed a day an I really felt the difference .    I've noticed my anxiety levels have dropped significantly as well, an when faced with extremely stressful situations now , Im calm an focused instead of spiralling into a panic attack which didn't help you at all.     I can honesty say this was the best decision Ive ever made for myself. I've put in alot of work an the results speak for themselves.     I'm energized motivated an focused an everything is always working out for me.       Amanda

I have just “completed” Karen’s 8 week Thrive Program. It has been exactly what I needed to up level my life. From the videos - to the Healings - to the zoom calls with Karen and other women in the program - Each different module has significantly improved my sense of self and well-being. 

I feel more confident and am definitely more open to receiving abundance in my life. Manifesting is a new tool that will forever empower me more. 

Karen gives us the tools and outlines exactly how we can empower and heal ourselves and our limiting beliefs. 

I absolutely love the bi-weekly zoom calls and feel lucky that i could add another 12 months of this to join after the program. It seems that everyone else’s path/insights/struggles/triumphs often run parallel with mine + the extra knowledge has has been a bonus. Karen has intuitive answers for any questions we have and will read a couple tarot cards every single time you post a question/update to the group. 

I say “completed” because she will forever allow us to keep the documents, videos and healings to use whenever we feel called to do so. :)

I feel a deeper love for myself and for my partner (likely because I am learning to accept myself as I am more now;)).

I thought I knew myself and 'Had done the work' already. However, doing the Thrive program really uncovered a whole new layer.  During this course, I learnt what inner peace and alignment was; how to love all of myself and how to embody the loving, joyful, peaceful woman I was born to be.  I learnt to trust my intuition and that everything is always working out. I really am the happiest, healthiest and wealthiest I've ever been. I let go of a scarcity mindset around money where I'm now building a house all on my own!  When it all clicks.. the abundance that rolls in is just phenomenal.  The support from Karen and the group is great, I liked it so much, I stayed an extra 4 months in the Thrive Tribe!  Lisa

When Karen told me about THRIVE I decided to work on finding me again, as I wasn’t feeling like I used to, I had lost my sparkle and was feeling a bit lost. So I figured this was a great opportunity to learn how I could do that and let’s face it at this price I was crazy not to give it a go!    The Zoom meetings twice a week have been an amazing place to feel connected, valued and an amazing source of support to all that attend and if you can’t make it you can still submit questions that will be answered and you can watch it on the replay. Ps if you ask a question you also get a mini card reading 😉     I found there was a comfort knowing you are not the only one who has struggled to release what no longer serves you and as you heal you get to celebrate not only your growth but the whole groups.     It has been an amazing experience and I have certainly found my power and am standing very strongly in it. I have found meditation and journaling an amazing tool to stay focused on my goals.    Karens weekly healings always manage to have me in tears, I love them.    Big shifts have occurred, still a few more to iron out but I now have the tools to keep moving through them.     I am a different person today than I was when I started.    Andrea 

Wow I’m only half way into your amazing program and you have helped me more than you could ever imagine!!!! I have been working my butt off following your guidance and I feel like my whole life has been changed just with my new re-programmed mindset, and I am loving the support from the sisters and the Facebook group.... I feel so much more confidence and freedom in my own journey now because I was struggling to connect to my higher self while learning tarot, meditation, manifestation, my spiritual and psychic gifts completely alone for the last 7 years.... but within the first 2 weeks of starting Thrive I have received so much reassurance that I am far more along than I though and I am so grateful that I can keep thriving with my gifts confidently and finally manifest correctly!  I am so unbelievably grateful that I crossed paths with beautiful Karen. Since joining the thrive program I have worked through so many limiting beliefs and have completely changed my whole story from a lack mindset to an abundance mindset.

Working through childhood stuff and past relationship disappointments has helped me to let go of SO MUCH in my life that I wasn’t even aware was holding me back.

The breakthroughs, the healing and the cracking wide open has been life changing for me. It’s not easy to look at the ugly stuff buried deep within but holy moly it is SO WORTH IT.

It has been an incredible journey and the love, support and guidance I have received throughout the program/group has been extremely valuable to me.

I want to say from the bottom of my heart that I am so grateful and honored to have been introduced to the Thrive empowerment program, meeting Karen and the many beautiful souls I have come in contact with during my 8 weeks. 

I cannot begin to describe all the progress I have made being vulnerable and open to sharing my truths and accepting help from the spirit through open communications during the weekly group sessions.

I have learned so much about myself, my blocks, and what I need to do going forward with love, ease and grace. But most of all, the community this group provides is worth everything in the world.
